After our church run, that was it for the churches. We now are into cashmeres, wine and song.
From Assisi we went to Solameo, the home of Brunello Cucinelli. This where his factory is and a fabulous store. We did not buy anything but it was gorgeous. The only place to eat there is in a grocery store , so we opted out to eat on Lake Trasimena. Stefano secured us a lovely table outside and we had a delightful lunch, with local white wine, Rile.
Now we are back in the car to Cortona and shopping, before heeding home to the Villa.
