Yesterday, Sunday we did a wine tour. If you didn't know better one would think you were in Napa. The wine region here is called Gibbson Valley. On the way to the area you go through a charming town called Arrowtown, an old gold mining town which has kept it's charm. Here we did some possum shopping. The possums here are big and very fluffy an the fur is gorgeous and very soft. Julie bought a possum throw and I am considering one for the TIPI. I am sure they are sold all over New Zealand.
We did buy some wine to send home and we did consume some also.
All for now, next update will be getting aboard the Seabourn Oydssey tomorrow!!
